The Lodge email lists are an automatic, instantaneous way to send a message to the lodge membership. The server maintains the list of current addresses - we don't need to know everyone's email address to get the word out. One address is all you need to know to talk to the membership! If you are a member, join in the discussion!

Events List - events@milwaukielodge.org

The Event Reminders list is a notification system for the entire lodge (Blue Lodge and Appendant Bodies). This e-mail list is to be used by anyone coordinating events at Milwaukie Lodge to remind the membership to attend, and for last-minute changes. This is a fast and effective way to get the word out to the membership of all appendant bodies for your event. All lodge members of all bodies are encouraged to join this mailing list.

The discussion list is for informal discussion of any business of the Blue Lodge or appendant bodies. Potential uses could be asking for assistance with a lodge project, soliciting opinions from the membership, or talking about something related to one of your meetings.

List Rules

• NO Spam, jokes, poetry, etc. is to be sent to the lists.
• Here's a good guideline to follow: if you didn't write it, don't send it to the list.
• If you have something to say (that you wrote) send it to the discussion list.
• New list members must be approved by the moderator.
• Once you have joined the mailing list, you may post to it.
• After joining the list, it's a good idea to send a message to the list introducing yourself.
• Anyone who is on the list may post to it.
• Non-list members cannot post messages.
• If you are sending spam to everyone in your address book, please do not send it to the list.
• List is open to all members of masonic and affiliated bodies in Oregon.
